Free Family Well-being Course for Parents and Carers,
Whilst it’s great to be back at school and things are on the up, we know that lockdown has taken its toll on everyone’s wellbeing. To help parents and carers to bounce back we will be running our successful and popular CLANGERS family wellbeing course, designed to improve both physical and mental health. The course has moved online and consists of 6, one and a half hour zoom sessions where we will be sharing simple, low cost ideas and activities suitable for the whole family.
